About kratos fitness
Training Programs, Not Workouts
Each client gets a training program, not simply a bunch of random workouts strung together. You will be systematically progressed from one phase to the next.
Every aspect of athletic performance is trained. Strength, power, speed, body composition/fat loss, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning are all addressed.
Your training programs are built upon up-to-date exercise science methodology and research.
I've been a strength coach/personal trainer since 2009. I've worked in a variety of facilities and have collaborated with Professional- and Olympic-level strength coaches.
When clients walk through the door, they know it’s time to work. We crank the music. We train hard. We get results. The Kratos Fitness culture is what makes us successful.
Philosophy & Expectations
I don't offer 4, 8, or 12 packs of sessions. I don't do 30-day challenges. I don't want to train you only 1 or 2 times per week.
I coach long-term athletic development. If you want me as your coach, then I require you to train 4-6 days per week. We are going to get after it every day until we are the best and we WIN.
If you are not highly committed to being the best and training 4-6 days per week, then Kratos Fitness is not the place for you.
